The client gets Madison's leadership at every stage — plus a specialist team assembled for the project — rather than being handed off through a traditional agency structure.

For strategy, interim CBO, and advisory engagements, the work is held directly with Madison. This is the senior leadership and one-on-one counsel that founders and executives need, without the overhead of a full-time hire or the distance of a traditional firm.

After six years of running a creative agency with full-time employees, Madison built this consultancy to combine the senior leadership clients expect with a collective model that brings in the right talent for each specific moment.
